I dosed G7 on my own (male) right thigh just to be able to write this comment because I have none of the problems nearly every over 40 woman has as described above.

I like peppermint, so it smelled good for the few minutes that the cream lay atop my skin. About 5 minutes to soak in without leaving any grease, although the skin remained semi-lubricated smooooth. Peppermint's cooling sensation surprised me. Very gentle.
